Job Responsibilities & Requirements: Field Experience: Previous experience in hardscaping or construction is required. Equipment Operation: Proficiency with a Bobcat skid steer or mini excavator is highly preferred. Specialized Skillset: Prior experience in building or installing in-ground swimming pools is a significant benefit. Communication: Must be able to speak and understand English fluently to ensure site safety and project accuracy. Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation. Compensation & Benefits: Weekly Pay: Competitive compensation paid out weekly. Growth Potential: A performance-based pay increase is available following a 90-day probationary period.
